Important Monitoring & Safety Notice
Sensors, gateways, power, connectivity, cloud platforms and automated notifications can fail, be delayed or provide inaccurate readings.
A configured alarm does not guarantee that a notification will be received, read or acted upon. Customers must maintain suitable independent checks, backup safeguards, emergency response procedures and insurance.
The full Agreement contains important liability limitations, exclusions and customer obligations, subject to applicable South African law. Please review these provisions before accepting.

Hospitals, pharmacies, cold-chain facilities and other critical-monitoring deployments require a separately completed and signed Risk Acknowledgement before live activation.

Publication of these documents does not constitute automatic customer acceptance. The applicable Agreement must be supplied and accepted through the agreed quotation or contract process.
Applicable statutory consumer protections and non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected. Material contractual changes require the applicable agreement and acceptance process.
